54 high-end apartments adjacent to the former northern Colorado Feeders Supply building that will continue the transformation of the Poudre River District near Old Town
Located at the corner of Linden and Willow streets, just one block from Old Town, the Mill House is the first phase of a roughly $10 million redevelopment project.
The 70,393 square foot wood framed building offers a mix of live/work studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. It has been designed to attract a variety of potential residents ranging from young professionals to retirees who want to be close to downtown.
The interior finishes consist of custom cabinets, exposed ducts, quartz and granite counter tops, LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, large Trex patios, and “sports closets” (in which residents are able to store bicycles, skis, and equipment). The property tenants also enjoy a courtyard with a fire pit, a secured building, and tucked under parking.
The project was developed for a private investor and built by Dohn Construction.
